What shipping methods are available?

We use industry-leading companies: DHL or Fedex and choose the one that provides the fastest delivery and best price for your particular shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship our products from Hong Kong to Europe, North America, Central America and South America. If you need any other destination, please contact us by writing to for more details.

Do you offer free shipping?

No. Our system shows you the cost of shipping after you select the products you want to buy and fill in the delivery address.

How long will it take to get my package?

The shipping time of all our products is 7 days after payment is confirmed. Then, the international courier company (DHL or FedEx) will deliver the package to the door of your house in approximately 7 – 14 days, depending on the destination country.

Do I have to pay for anything else in my country?

Yes, you will have to pay taxes and import duties on the value we write on your Commercial Invoice, which is usually 50USD for power supplies, 100USD for single miners, and 500USD for dual miners with integrated power supply. To verify the exact tax rate, check with your local courier provider using HS Code for Miners: 84715040.9 or PSU: 85044013


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cryptocurrencies through the leading payment platform Coingate. Coingate calculates the exact amount in Cryptocurrencies that you must send.

NOTE: We suggest paying using LTC (Litecoin) as it has the lowest network fees.

BTC and ETH have transaction fees of 10-20USD, so please avoid them.

We also accept bank transfers to our corporate account in Hong Kong for orders over 5 thousand USD (you must first generate an order in our virtual store):

What currency are the prices of the products in?

All prices in our online store are in U.S. Dollars. Product prices are updated daily.

My order says “Payment Pending” but I already made the payment

My invoice status shows “Confirming…” and it seems to be stuck.
The “Confirming…” status indicates that your transaction has been detected, but that we are still waiting for confirmation from the cryptocurrency network of the payment.

Once you see this status, there is nothing else you need to do from your side. Feel free to close the invoice tab (although we recommend checking it first) and wait for an email once you process the payment.

Transaction commit times depend on 1) the transaction fee that was added during payment and 2) the network congestion of the cryptocurrency network. Transactions are usually confirmed within an hour but can take up to several hours or even days if the attached transaction fee is too small.

Can I pay from an Exchange?

If you pay from an Exchange like Binance, Coinbase, Bitfinex, etc. please cover the transaction cost you are charged.

For example, if your bill says 1000 Doge but Binance charges you an additional 50Doge for the transfer, then send 1050Doge as payment.

Therefore, we recommend you to make your payment from a wallet and using a cryptocurrency that processes the payment in 1 hour or less, for example LTC, BCH, XRP, etc.

Binance Alert: You must choose the ERC20 network when sending the transaction from the Binance exchange. Shipping from the Binance Smart Chain will result in loss of funds.

If you have any problems with your payment please send an email with your transaction code to and we will respond within 24 hours or less.

My order says “Cancelled” but I already made the payment

On very few occasions we have seen that some payments sent directly from Exchanges (which do not process the payment immediately) take time to be detected, therefore the system will automatically change the status of your order to “Canceled” after 1 hour. If this is your case, please send us an email to with the TXID (transaction code) for us to verify that the payment has been made and we will manually update the status of your order to “Processing”

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?

All our inventory is updated daily.

You can choose any product that is available. After confirming the product specifications, add it to your “Shopping Cart”. When you are ready for payment, click “Pay” and make the payment within 1 hour.

We will send you a confirmation email when the order is placed and another after the payment has been received and confirmed by the network.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Any order that has been confirmed cannot be updated, refunded, or canceled.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you must register in our online store and provide your contact information complete and error-free.

How can I track my order?

After shipment, we will provide the tracking number of the courier company we use (DHL or FedEx). We usually provide this code 3 business days after shipment.

You will be able to enter the official website of DHL or FedEx and track the shipping status with the tracking number.

How can I return a product?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on your order after a product is shipped.

Do you offer any kind of guarantee?

Used products do not enjoy any warranty, but we can send you an inspection video via Whatsapp before shipment if you request it in advance.

New products have a 6-month factory warranty.

What if I need a spare part?

We offer purchasing service of any spare parts at cost, for the miners of our clients.


Approximate service life

The useful life of an ASIC miner is 2 to 4 years depending on its use and maintenance. Second-hand products have already been used for approximately 1 year.

Does the miner includes a power supply unit (PSU)?

First look at the description of the miner, you will be able to see if it includes or not include the power supply (PSU). Usually simple miners such as the S9, L3, Z9 mini, etc. do not include power supply, therefore you should buy a separate one.

Double miners, such as the T17, S17, S19, etc. already include an integrated power supply. You have to remember that all power supply (PSU) made in China run at 220v.

Do I need any other accessories?

No. Apart from the miner and its power supply, you only need two cables:

a) CAT6 LAN cable.

b) Electricity cable to connect the power supply with the wall (C13 10A or C19 16A) depending on the model of miner.

Purchase quantity

For personal purchases please limit your order to 2 units per reference. If you want to buy more, you can do it in different name and address or by dividing the purchases every 2 weeks.

For purchases of more than 3 units per reference, you should use company name and consult with a customs broker before placing the order.


Do not buy used products or that exceed 3 thousand US dollars.
